4. ORDERS
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- Order confirmation is sent via email after payment verification

5. PAYMENTS
- We currently accept UPI payments via manual transfer
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
- We are not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect UPI details provided by the customer

6. SHIPPING
- We ship across India
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on adfitwear.com including logos, images, and product designs are the property of Ashi Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ashi Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, India.
