Thank you for shopping with Ashi Designs. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day

SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping is not available at this time

DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)
- Remote areas may require additional 2-3 days

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (check current promotions)

ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email
- You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to track your order

FAILED DELIVERY
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery
- After 2-3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ashidesigns.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9756384647 with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
