Refund policy

At Ashi Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
- Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. WhatsApp us at +91 9756384647 or email ashidesigns.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and reason for return with photos
3. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address
4. Ship the item back at your cost (we recommend using a tracked courier)

REFUNDS
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/bank account)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
